I know of a few, but ONE example in Wallasey.

He is a trained scaffolder and hod carrier/bricky. He had an accident where he lost a lung, one of his arms up to the elbow, and a foot.

The dole said he was "fit to carry out his normal occupation".

The accident happened twenty years ago, and to this day, he can NOT get dissability benefit.
