Congratulations, now you've got 4 months or so of sleep and food deprivation; this is followed by years of worry and stress and then they move out. You continue to worry and then occasionally they pop home with some laundry for you and perhaps the need of a loan.

I have omitted the teenager part as I wouldn't want to dampen your spirits on such an auspicious occasion.
