Got my present system five months ago, and it came with vista already installed. It took some time to get used to, as I liked my old XP system.
But having said that, vista is so much faster. When I stay at the G/F at the weekend, I sometime have to use her XP system and it is like going back to the ark.
The only problem I have/had with vista is, I love F1 motor racing and had a pc F1 racing game. Tried to install it but it is not compatable with vista, also I used to play Microsoft Aircraft simulator WW11 series, and again it would not run.
I have to say that I feel safer, what with all the security software that came with the system. Its a pain in the butt with everytime I try to access a popup asks me if I trust or not, but it is a small price to pay for not having your PC infected.
