Correct.

I smoked until two months ago. But even then, as Sweetpea will tell you, I was against smoking in restraunts and all that. Even on the open pavement, walking along, if it was busy.

But it is up to the smoker. So LONG as he disturbs no one else, AND he does not moan like a wounded hypochondriac when the prices go up.
