I've seen the various references to that and I still remember the actual forecast and although there was one which referred to somewhere else there was definitely one which related to Britain. He was giving our weather forcast and said that categorically there was NO chance of a hurricane - but the wind direction changed and it did hit the south coast. He's tried to wangle out of it since by claiming it related to something else but the footage is still in existence and can be seen.
Anyway round this neck of the woods it seems quite calm at the mo. Our Bishop was getting all serious about it yesterday and said that if we ended up with our homes destroyed we should all head for the church which would be open and would provide us with shelter. |
