Re: Prescription Charges Reduced in Scotland Hey, I work, but I have to pay £98 a year, or there abouts as it goes up every year. I have to take antihistamines 23/7 and need all that goes with that, nasal sprays, inhalers etc. That saves me heaps, but is still a lot to pay and I would probably find it very hard to pay if I was not married to a good earner. Prescriptions here have now gone up to over £7 which is bloody robbery.
I agree however, that there is a whole lot of people on benefit that have no right to it. |
