Sounds like an estate near where I lived in York, full of drunken layabouts, getting pissed out in their, ahem, gardens and getting abusive if anyone said to them that their child was in the middle of the road.
How they can say they are fit to look after their kiddies is beyond me. If me and my other half have a party at home or go to a party at someone elses home, one of us drinks, the other has soft drinks, then the next time, we swop. There is always one if us in full control and watching Alice.....
Neither of us are bothered with not drinking, we can enjoy ourselves without getting pissed up.
Just dont understand this major binge drinking culture thats spreading.
