What this DOES prove is that it is basically the teachers fault.
Otherwise NO school would be any better than a Government comprehensive. And "faith schools"/Private schools suffer under the same laws that doi not allow a teacher to take the little bastards behind the bike sheds and break their bloody noses for them. So it is not that.
