Wasn't including them because you pay twice, once for your local state schools, and then again in fees to the private school. The government has pissed money against the wall with education and it doesn't help. The Head of ISIS, some retired rear admiral or something recently said that most parents who scrimp and scrape to pay for their kids to go private find the comprehensive system offensive. I have to agree.
