My comment about group responsibilty was concerning knife crime in this country, the perpetrators of that crime are not being held ransom by the World order, Military actions, Political plots and counter plots, or world monetary policy.....they are just naughty boys.
By your own standard, would the whole German population be complicit in the slaughter of Jews Gypsies etc ? Or the whole American population be guilty for Nagasaki and Hiroshima ?
