I can't put my finger RIGHT on it, but with nuclear power I have this feeling that they are teetering on a tight rope during a huricane, between "Oh aye, that'll do", and "We haven't got a bleeding CLUE what we are on about, but lets try something anyway".

I mean they readjust the reccomended safety level for radiation exposure every time the cat farts.
