Well we will have our opportuntiy sometime in the next year or so, Autumn 2009 I guess. Lets see if the Tories are prepared to put their money where their mouth is in terms of pulling away from the EU as promised. I can see the HRA going out the window as they will bring in a new Bill of Rights. The only way they can make that stick is if the cede from the EHRA. You heard it here first.
