Britain Braces For Wild Winter Weather

Personally, If it never snowed again that would be to much for me. Having had to work out in it on building sites year after year when it really snowed.

Yes, I know. My husband often has to work outside, if there is no room left in the hangar, or for other reasons. Poor sod freezes.

just been out in it, a couple of inches deep but bright sunshine it's loely. Melting fast though wont be around long

We had three inces of snow this morning. It is gone now. :-((

When I was doing my Geography Highers, we were shown that Canada and the U.K have virtualy the same snow fall.

The difference?

In Britain, it melts in between storms. In Canada it doesn't.

Did anyone else have any snow where they were today? I woke up to a promising downfall but it soon ended and cleared up. Not fair!
