Ideal environment fore the elderly ?

Just up the road is a building, the council is selling off to developers for warden assisted flats to be sold to the eldery, they will be quite pricey but they will have a warden on call and secure entry etc;
All sounds OK until I tell you what the building was. This was Harrold Shipman's first doctors surgery, he committed several murders while here killing elderly local people who's families are still here.
What are your opinions?
