Not everyone has ambitions to become leader. I, for one, don't think I could lead a political party, let alone the country. It is equally important that people have ambitions to become doers, or communicators.

Doers need determination in the face of potentially overwhelming odds, communicators need subtlety, a delicate touch. I'm not certain I have the patentice to be a communicator, or at least not full time, but I try...
