It is my normal sleep "pattern".

Only when some idiot puts me on day shift is it knackered.

But, na 15 years permanent nights, and the rest "work when it is needed" in the army or at sea. As fish come closer to the net depth at night, that is when most of the catches are made. But if you get one full net after the other you do not throw them back because it is time for bed.

WHEN I have my own choice I sleep from about 7 or 8 A.M till midday, mess around on the computer, or read, or, whatever. Then sleep from about 3 till 8 P.M. Then I mess around on the computer, or read, or, whatever, go shopping between 2 and 4 A.M. Then repeat.

Are you SURE you're not a computer programmer? Bad temper, odd hobbies, prefers to sleep all morning and work long into the nights... You certainly sound like one!
