How do rep powers work?

I notice EVERYONE has either 0 or 1. Except sweety of course who has 10.

How do you add to them? And could they not be somehow linked to "Thanks".

Say 100 "thanks" equals one rep point?

Rep points work on the number of postings I think. But you are right, combining with thanks would be good.

By the way, Admin always have ten, I did not pick it for myself. PM Neal.
