Religious Converters

I have just had my peaceful Sunday rudely interupted by Johova's witnesses peddeling the Watchtower mag.... I call it religious conversion.... and have a sign on my door that politely says NO RELIGIOUS CONVERTERS.... and they still knock... would they like it if I went to their houses, knocking on the door asking if they want a subscription to Satanist Today or any other Religious magazine...

When I pointed to the notice on my door they said they hadn't read it, then preceeded to do so.... then stated they were not there to try to convert me.... Yeah Right!!!!! So now I will have to revise my notice to say.... And ALL Jehovas Witnesses can FLIP OFF! (To pout it politely) Or I will have to get some blood donation forms and if they call on me again get them to sign a pint or two over..... I unfortunatly cannot give blood at this time due to a recent Operation... but as soon as they deem me healthy enough I will give blood again!

Oh BTW I have absolutly Nothing against anyones religion.... I just don't want it pushed on me!!!!

I hate anyone trying to push religion in my face. Slammed the door in a priests' face one Christmas day. My partner at the time was waiting for the thunderbolt all day.

Well new sign is up now.... it now states not to knock amongst other things if you are A RELIGIOUS CONVERTER/JEHOVAS WITNESS. How plain can I put it??? I tried to be polite before.... mebbe I should have put BEWARE OF THE ATHIEST? is that clear enough?

Then my notice will deffinately say if you don't know me, are not here to read the meter, and do not have a government official uniform on.... then bugger off!

Thankfully we live in a private flat that any door to door people have great difficulty getting in to. When I used to visit family in Scotland they used to send me out to send people knocking at the door away (think I even had to tell a couple of Nuns no one was in once). My English accent always threw them so they left pretty quickly!

While I think of it, a similar thing that bothers me are charity workers in the street. I have worked in the same place for 4 years and get stopped approx. 3 times a week - I want to go and buy my sandwich in peace!! If I gave to all of the people that stopped me I would need to get a second job.

yes know that one.... I live opposite a large garden centre that has them right by the exit.... so when I'm leaving I have nothing left and they have no chance.... so all they get from me is "Sorry no chance... No change!"

They are "chuggers" in Tod market they sometimes have one at each corner, would be broke if gave o every one.
