The latest after building the Olympic Arena they are just going to knock the bloody thing down.... why not use the Milenium Building it does feck all else!
And as for the tax thing... well I can't see the North benefitting from the Olympics in 2012.... IMHO... even so it's stupid to spend X-amount of millions on a building that will get knocked down when the economy is going down hill faster than a winter olympian up everest, on a bob-sled with terminal Diarrhea.
