Can you help: Can you recommend a really easy to set up and admin simple forum, must be free. or very very cheap.

Create your own free forum, FORUMOTION - Make your forum for free check out the RHU one Rescue Helpers Unite as an example support is a bit pants though but they do get there.

if u mean a free one downloaded to a host like ALU then i recommend PHPbb which is free the forumotion one is already hosted by them so to speak.
