clearly not! She looks very sweet when she's all curled up. Just goes to show that there is hope for most of them. You're right sweets - humans wouldn't survive too well in the wild either so no reason we shouldn't help out our canine friends too.

How many of your canine "Friends" (yuk) have been helped out, with disabilitating disorders, cos they look cute ?

Ugly dogs have huge appeal also. Right, you don't like dogs, explains a lot.

Im talking of bone deformities, to enhance the breed.
Im sure you can give a long list of breeds that suffer from mans need to improve certain aspects of their appearance, jowls that cover nose and eyes, limbs too short, legs too bowed, skulls mishappen.

Mans best friend ?
Mans toy......leave the beasts alone.

The Bull dog is the worst example of this. It can now hardly breath. The German Shepherd, my favorite, has also been over bred the produce the low slung hind quarters. One of mine suffered badly with hip problems because of this. I don't agree with it and never will, but my dogs, indeed all my animals have been my friends and never toys. In this I am certainly not alone.
