There's a suberb in Copenhagan where you dont get arrested for consuming pot in public. It was taken over by hippies in the '60's, and the powers that be have been trying to get the land back ever since. It's quite an interesting suberb, not that I speak from experience!

It is OFFICIALY still illegal in Holland. The same as the U.K.

Berlin as a Land, is like Holland. Saarland is more like Switzerland, where it IS legal.

Anything under "dealer weight" is allowed in Berlin. BUT they keep it "illegal" so that when they arreest someone and have NOTHING else to keep them on, till they find the evidence, then they can keep them on "drug possession".

THAT is the same reason why they will not go the "full hog" in Holland.
