Why do people of colour seem to think that so called racist verbal abuse is any kind of excuse for their own poor behaviour, or is it just that they can't help themselves and need someone to blame?

I don't care about her colour, nor do I care what was SAID to her. Her behaviour was wholey unacceptable.
