Because in the last year 30 GANGS of Poles have been nicked in Berlin and Brandenburg for this kind of crime.

INCLUDING the plaque at SEELÖWE HÖHE. A battle for Berlin that was bigger, and MUCH more destructive that "Stalingrad".

They also steal drain covers and grid covers.

It is a Polish speciality the same as jellied swan.

During the cold war, I always said that "The Russians stop moaning about a new defence system only when they have found out how to counter it."

M.Ps are the same. They only give up privaledges when they have found a loop hole in the law.
