Controversial! As usual there are enormous tides of encomium surrounding the launch of an Apple product - this time the 3G iPhone.
Putting to one side my cynicism that this is a huge money-making exercise caused by the fact that Apple didn't do a 3G version in the first place, I'm actually not being negative about the iPhone at all. Although BCS probably won't spring for one (we have Treos at the moment) I very much like the interface on my iPod Touch, so I would imagine that the new iPhone is pretty marvellous.
No, what I'm just alluding to in this post is the fact that there is so much more room for improvement in the gadgets we lunk around with us. It got me to wondering what my ultimate device would look like.

| Re: iPhone not the answer to all prayers We are after one of these each:  Amazon.co.uk: ASUS - Eee PC 4G - pink (UK... Of course, Hubby doesn't want pink!!! However, I purposely didn't choose an iPhone for my upgrade, and I don't know why. I guess I had wanted the N95 for so long.
