Digital Spy acquired by Hachette Filipacchi UK

Digital Spy has become part of Hachette Filipacchi UK, the leading publication group with titles including Elle, Psychologies, All About Soap and Inside Soap, as well as the digital sites Elleuk.com and Sugarscape.com.

The deal provides for significant investment in Digital Spy, allowing the site to increase the volume and breadth of its coverage. The management and editorial teams will remain unchanged.
