Well, thinking about and with a little more info from The Jeremy Vine show, it seems there is more to this.

It also reports all the stuff the Taliban have done, that has not been reported. For instance, a guy they wanted was at a dog fight, so they planted a bomb, and killed a hundred people. Job done. Sod the innocents.

Shows the mentality and the disregard of innocent lives of this lot. Yet the forces over there have their hands tied dealing with what is best described as sub human.
